Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPARCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,465 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPARCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, SPARCL1_S295, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with SPARCL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARCL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPARCL1 results are reported.
