Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPARCL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,517 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPARCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, FHL5, and ABCA8. Each is linked with SPARCL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARCL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPARCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPARCL1 versus SRPX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPARCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPARCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
