The most reproducible SPARCL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with SPARCL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARCL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPARCL1 results are reported.
