SPARC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPARC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,186 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPARC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, SH3PXD2B, and SRPX2. Each is linked with SPARC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARC-to-partner and partner-to-SPARC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPARC versus SERPINH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPARC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPARC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
