Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPARC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,590 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPARC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, COL1A1, and LAMA4. Each is linked with SPARC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARC-to-partner and partner-to-SPARC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPARC versus MYL9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPARC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPARC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
