Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPANXB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,381 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPANXB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Maintenance of protein location in mitochondrion. Each is linked with SPANXB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPANXB1-to-partner and partner-to-SPANXB1 results are reported.
