SPANXA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPANXA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,022 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPANXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPANXB1, SPANXD, and SPANXA1. Each is linked with SPANXA2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPANXA2-to-partner and partner-to-SPANXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPANXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPANXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
