Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPAG7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPAG7 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SPAG7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPAG7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where SPAG7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
