Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFM, DNAJB5, and VN1R1. Each is linked with SPAG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG4-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG4 versus NEFM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
