Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMSP1, LINC02619, and HSBP1P2. Each is linked with SPAG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG4-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG4 results are reported.
