SPAG16-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG16-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,117 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG16-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary anterograde transport, Microtubule-based transport, and Protein localization to ciliary membrane. Each is linked with SPAG16-DT in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-DT-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG16-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG16-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
