SPACA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 478 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLUHP6, CCDC137P, and RNU6-1067P. Each is linked with SPACA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA9-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLUHP6 grouped by SPACA9-low versus SPACA9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
