Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,049 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPACA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Protein localization to cytoskeleton. Each is linked with SPACA6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA6-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by SPACA6-low versus SPACA6-high in OESOPHAGUS.
