Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPACA5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are B4GALNT4, EXPH5, and TIMELESS. Each is linked with SPACA5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA5B-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B4GALNT4 grouped by SPACA5B-low versus SPACA5B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
