Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPACA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR362, RNU6-1220P, and CDH12P1. Each is linked with SPACA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA4-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR362 grouped by SPACA4-low versus SPACA4-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
