SPACA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,431 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Regulation of phospholipid translocation. Each is linked with SPACA4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA4-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse grouped by SPACA4-low versus SPACA4-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
