The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SPA17 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPA17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where SPA17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
