SP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,906 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BACH2, ADAMTS10, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with SP7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP7-to-partner and partner-to-SP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP7 versus BACH2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
