SP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Ku80, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP7-to-partner and partner-to-SP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SP7-low versus SP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
