SP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,145 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGB, DAAM2, and DLG2. Each is linked with SP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP6-to-partner and partner-to-SP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
