Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB39B, PSIP1, and GLCCI1. Each is linked with SP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP4-to-partner and partner-to-SP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP4 versus RAB39B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
