SP4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with SP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP4-to-partner and partner-to-SP4 results are reported.
