Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,082 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with SP4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP4-to-partner and partner-to-SP4 results are reported.
