SP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR5, PF4V1, and OR4F4. Each is linked with SP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP4-to-partner and partner-to-SP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCR5 grouped by SP4-low versus SP4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
