SP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,965 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD2, HNRNPA3, and WIZ. Each is linked with SP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP3-to-partner and partner-to-SP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP3 versus SNRPD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
