Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL3, EPC2, and RBMX. Each is linked with SP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP3-to-partner and partner-to-SP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP3 versus CXCL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
