Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC166, C6orf118, and CCDC70. Each is linked with SP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP3-to-partner and partner-to-SP3 results are reported.
