SP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NONO, VEZF1, and SF3B3. Each is linked with SP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP2-to-partner and partner-to-SP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP2 versus NONO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
