Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,758 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF8, PPM1D, and MAGEH1. Each is linked with SP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP2-to-partner and partner-to-SP2 results are reported.
