SP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with SP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP2-to-partner and partner-to-SP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by SP2-low versus SP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
