Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with SP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP2-to-partner and partner-to-SP2 results are reported.
