SP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGAT2L6, LY6L, and OR14C36. Each is linked with SP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP2-to-partner and partner-to-SP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DGAT2L6 grouped by SP2-low versus SP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
