The most reproducible SP140L-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTK, ARHGAP9, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with SP140L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140L-to-partner and partner-to-SP140L results are reported.
