Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SP110 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SP110 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SP110 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SP110 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where SP110 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
