SP110

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP110 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,939 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP110-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, OAS2, and OASL. Each is linked with SP110 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP110-to-partner and partner-to-SP110 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP110 versus MX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP110→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP110) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
