SP110

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP110 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP110-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDND2, YIF1A, and CAPZB. Each is linked with SP110 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP110-to-partner and partner-to-SP110 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDND2 grouped by SP110-low versus SP110-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP110→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP110) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
