SP110

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP110 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP110-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, MS4A14, and SPINK8. Each is linked with SP110 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP110-to-partner and partner-to-SP110 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by SP110-low versus SP110-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP110→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP110) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
