Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SP100 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SP100 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SP100 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SP100 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SP100 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
