SP100

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP100-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, PARP14, and TRIM21. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP100 versus NMI in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
