Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are SP110, OAS2, and IFIH1. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP100 versus SP110 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
