SP100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKMYT1, UCK1, and PTGES2. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKMYT1 grouped by SP100-low versus SP100-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
