Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP100 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bap1-c-4, ERK2, and ATM. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bap1-c-4 grouped by SP100-low versus SP100-high in STAD.
