Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,824 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP100-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of viral genome replication, and Negative regulation of viral process. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.
