Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SP1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where SP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
