Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM22, WBP11, and SNRPD2. Each is linked with SP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP1-to-partner and partner-to-SP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
