Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with SP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP1-to-partner and partner-to-SP1 results are reported.
