SOX9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,480 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX6_S454, CBX8, and VPS37B. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX9 versus SOX6_S454 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
