Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,882 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX9-AS1, LINC02097, and ZNF3. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX9 versus SOX9-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
