Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7156, MIR1203, and MTCO3P20. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7156 grouped by SOX9-low versus SOX9-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
