SOX9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and HER3_pY1289. Each is linked with SOX9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX9-to-partner and partner-to-SOX9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p53 grouped by SOX9-low versus SOX9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
